Shopping

Shopping with Lumber Plus.

With the largest inventory of sustainable tropical hardwoods in North America, including premium species like Ipe, Cumaru, Garapa, and more, Lumber Plus is your one-stop destination for top-quality decking, cladding, and patio materials.

We specialize in South American hardwoods such as Ipe, Garapa, Cumaru, Angelim, Tigerwood and Jatoba.

Of course. In addition to our wide range of tropical hardwood, composite, and PVC tropical hardwood products, we can place a special order, custom mill, and even source anything you need if we don't already have it in our inventory.

Delivery

Getting it to the site.

Absolutely! Lumber Plus delivers anywhere in North America through our extensive network of locations.

That depends on your location and the size of your order. We can deliver anywhere in North America with the best shipping rate available.

It depends on your location. If it's a local delivery, we can get it to you the next day. If it's in the same state, it should take us no more than two or three days. Out-of-state deliveries usually takes seven to ten days.

Yes, we do offer in-person pick up.

Sustainability

Sourcing you can defend.

We require each of our suppliers to provide us with a complete chain of custody, along with proof of a sustainable management plan that contributes to natural reforestation.

Hardwood Decking

Hardwood decking.

From strength and durability to natural resistance to fire and other hazards, hardwood provides a variety of benefits for applications that are not suitable for softwood.

Not in the long run. Hardwoods usually have higher starting prices. However, because they tend to last much longer than other wood, they end up being cheaper in the long run.

Harder species, like Ipe, are known to last up to 75 years, while Garapa will last for 25-30 years.

Composite Decking

Composite decking.

Composite is designed to last 20-30 years while treated softwood has a lifespan of less than half.

Not in the long run. Even though they cost more than pine wood up front, they are much easier to deal with and require far less maintenance over the years.

We proudly carry Trex, TimberTech, Fiberon and Norx.

PVC Decking

PVC decking.

PVC's deeply embossed boards, with wood-grain texture on both sides, provide excellent traction, wet or dry.

PVC is virtually maintenance free and can be easily cleaned with just a quick hosing down.

We carry Azek PVC decking. Call your local branch to confirm the current collections, colors and special-order options.
